The appeal of dining in Off The Record, The Exclusive Café is as much about the food as it is the chemistry between Matt and Nikki Thompson. The Café has become my second office. The atmosphere created by Nikki and Matt is so welcoming that I, and many employees at the Pima County Sheriff's Department, spend much of the morning visiting and doing business while enjoying daily menu items or the morning special. Matt and Nikki, through their creativeness and professional training, put together menu items (combining foods I would never dream of), that I would not try anywhere else. I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have tried. They have definitely stretched my palate. I cannot end this testimonial without mentioning the deliciously exquisite desserts presented in The Café. I challenge anyone to find tastier desserts. The Café is Nikki and Matt - their personality and passion for food will keep me coming back. Try a meal and a dessert at The Café and - Dine Well.

2 Hearts 1 Kitchen is a one-stop shop for all my feasting needs. They have catered with delicious Mexican banquet quality food and made a few cakes for me, all at a great price. I have used 2 Hearts 1 Kitchen for three events now, and all three were amazing experiences!  The cakes have always been so yummy, and creatively decorated. The food was delicious. Nikki and Matt provide great customer service and have never flawed with times, etc. Prices are reasonable and for my upcoming wedding will not go anywhere else but 2 Hearts 1 Kitchen for my wedding cake!!!!!

Kristen made a cake for my baby shower and It was the most beautiful cake! Her attention to detail is impeccable! The cake matched the color of my daughter's nursery and she made animals that matched the decor in the room. Her buttercream frosting is the best I've ever had! I have worked with Kristen and Matt Thompson on multiple occasions. The first I has requested a rather difficult cake. I wanted a pink and brown Chanel purse shaped cake. This was for my sisters 21st birthday. Not only did they deliver, they exceeded my expectations. The cake was gorgeous, my sister thought it was a real Chanel Purse! The cake was chocolate with a raspberry preserve filling, unlike cakes I have ordered from other places, theirs was moist and airy. The cake was just as delicious as it looked.  It was the perfect surprise for a shop-a-holic sister. I can only imagine how creative they can be with their cake making skills. I will use them for all the baby showers, bachelorette parties and any other event I may need a cake for. 

The second time I used "2 Hearts 1 Kitchen" was for a Shrimp Boil that I hosted. The shrimp boil was in a downtown parking lot, with no kitchen and limited power supply. Kristen and Matt rolled with the punches and were able to cook shrimp (head on and all the fixings) for 300 people on propane burners. They came early to set up cocktail tables full of veggie starters with a wonderful assortment of dips. Then right on time they had shrimp, corn, and potatoes being dumped onto newspaper covered tables. They kept the shrimp coming, piping hot, for all the guests to enjoy. Besides the pleasure of working with them at the event the pre-event was just as great. They were extremely thorough with the pricing of food and labor. Kristen checked with me on every little detail from the size of the shrimp down to the type of dish to serve the dips on. I will, hands down, use them for all my catering needs.

Nikki and Matt are an amazing team both in the kitchen and beyond! They've made amazing & creative cakes for my baby shower and my little girl's birthday.  Not only are the cakes delicious but they look incredible as well! They've also catered a few events that I've been to and everything was absolutely delicious! They are incredibly accommodating and really go above and beyond to please their customers. I ALWAYS recommend them to any friends or family looking for an event to be catered or an amazing cake for any occasion!
